Biography:
I am a policy-engaged researcher interested in mechanisms for managing complex problems and institutional designs to improve government, focusing on public policy organisations, research-policy engagement, and building capacity for better governance through collaboration. My doctoral thesis explored the implementation of resilience and community resilience in civil contingencies, and the consequent involvement of new types of organisations in preparing for emergencies.
