Research Interests
Dr. Taber's main research interests relate to science education (teaching and learning in science, and the science disciplines). He is especially interested in exploring conceptual learning, integration and progression in science education. Particular research themes have included: teaching and learning chemistry; teaching and learning physics; constructivist models of learning and the nature of students' conceptions and understanding in science topics; teaching and learning about the nature of science - including the relationship between science and religion
